Presented is a vintage c. 1970s sterling ring by Finegem, a NYC maker active in the 70s and known for their bold and clean modernist designs.
This features a square shank and is set with a specialty cut piece of unakite held in place by a band of silver.
A fabulous dramatic look.

Excellent condition--note the line visible on either side is NOT a crack, but a natural vein in the stone visible on the surface!
