    Gorgeous Vintage solid 14K Yellow Gold Genuine Faceted Russian Amethyst and Genuine 0.17CT Diamond Cluster Halo RING about size 4.75 (marked "14K" and acid tested). Top of the ring is about 10mm by 10mm, bottom is about 2.25mm. Amethyst stone is about 7mm by 7mm. 34 Genuine Diamonds are approximately 0.17CT total weight. This unique ring weighs about 3.5 grams and is in great vintage used pre-owned condition.
