Antique 1857 Legal Document-Warranty Deed-Essex County MA-Hale-Bishop-Prescott

Offered is this antique legal document from Essex County, Massachusetts, dated April 2, 1857. The warranty deed mentions the names of Daniel Hale, Amos Bishop and George Prescott. Prescott and his wife, as well as two others, have signed the document, with two green seals next to the Prescotts' names (see photo #3).
The document is approx. 14" x 8 1/4". It is in good condition for its age. There are heavy creases along the fold lines and a few edge tears and small holes, also along the fold lines. There is some foxing but all of the text is readable. The document will be sent folded in half, as found.
